Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of iron ore mining and port operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for production, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board on growth initiatives, expansion, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and local communities.
- Lead and mentor high-performance teams to drive operational success.
